I've decided that the "walk to run" self coaching program is starting to be too much for me. I think either next or two weeks from now there would be days having 5 minute spurts! Soon after that would be 10! Then a week with 25 minute spurt! I can barely do 2 minutes before giving out still!
That plus the past few evenings I've been going to bed with crushing headaches. I think I quit early and give up trying to improve run and stuff. Not worth punishment, health or sanity lol
